🛍️ Placing an order

 Q: How do I make an order?
 A: Just go to gadgethoaaf.shop, our online store, pick out the things you like, and then check out.  Once your order is placed, you will get an email confirmation.

 Q: After I place my order, can I change it or cancel it?
 A: We might be able to change or cancel your order if it hasn't been processed or shipped yet.  Please get in touch with us as soon as you can at contact@gadgethoaaf.shop.

 Shipping

 Q: Do you ship for free?
 A: Yes!  We offer free standard shipping on all orders, no matter how much you buy.

 Q: How long will it take to get there?
 A: Most of the time, orders are delivered within 7 to 14 business days after they are processed.  Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number.

 Q: Do you send things to other countries?
 A: Right now, we mostly ship within the US.  Please get in touch with us before placing your order if you want shipping outside the US.

 Q: What kinds of payments do you take?
 A: PayPal and major credit cards are safe ways to pay.

 Q: Is it safe to make a payment on your site?
 A: Yes, for sure.  To keep your personal and payment information safe, our site uses SSL encryption and secure payment gateways.

 Returns and refunds

 Q: How do I return something?
 A: You can get a full refund or exchange for any items you don't use or wear within 90 days of getting them.  Please check that the items are still in their original packaging.

 Q: What do I do to start a return?
 A: Send us an email at contact@gadgethoaaf.shop with your order number and the reason for your return.  We'll send you instructions on how to return it right away.

 Q: How long will it take to get your money back?
 A: We will process your refund within seven business days of getting and checking your returned item.  Your original payment method will get the money back.

 Q: Are the colors of your products correct?
 A: We do our best to show colors and images that are true to life, but keep in mind that the settings on your screen may cause small differences.

 Q: How can I tell what size to get?
 A: Each item comes with a full size guide to help you pick the right one.  If you're not sure, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
